Being frustrated at my job really sucks, especially in this economy and as a single mom. I work in a small marketing firm, we have a new sales person the main bread winner for our company so to speak. I don\\\'t know how well he will do, I\\\'m frustrated that he is getting paid more than I do and he doesn\\\'t know how to do his job. I\\\'m not his \\\"Manager\\\" but I feel I am expected to just teach him everything that he falls short at and not get compensated for it. I have three roles in the company to begin with so why in the hell should I have to do more! I get that he will get up to speed but at my expense? Oh gee let me take credit for what you do. I don\\\'t know what will be the straw that will break my back, but I don\\\'t have a lot of options so its going to be one thick straw. I just want our company to be successful so I can make more money, I have not had a raise since I started and feel really burned out.

I am tired of working in a porn industry. All day long I had to f**k guys and pretend I enjoy it. It was kinda fun a few years ago but now it becomes a huge task. I want to quit but I cant. I saved up some money so I can have my own business but my partner stole the money and now I have nothing. I have to keep working to get the money that was stolen.
Friends asked me to quit but its not so easy because the money is pretty good and I cant go back being a waitress. I have so much expenses too and I\\\'m in a relationship with one of the director. I just found out he slept with one of my co-star.
Could be worse I guess, at least I\\\'m not a prostitute/junkie.

my boss says to me in all my years working I never heard of that. that was his comment when I told him about another supervisor questioning my actions when I told me about the authority I had in writing to complete an action. SO why did he not back me up? Instead he just takes it like I was lying. A good supervisor backs his subordinates. I guess he just lost some crediability with me. That is so sad.

The boss tells me to train a person on my job. When that young girl comes to my desk my co worker crosses her self and points to her behind my back, The yound girl asked her in front of me what was that all about and the co worker told her it was for her. Now I do not talk bad about the co worker in fact I tell all those that I train what a great job that she does. How rude and unprofessional. The co worker claims that she is a Christian and that she is doing the Christian thing. She will be judged by her actions. Oh yes the boss was not around when it happened and if I saying anything to the him I am a trouble maker.

I am so frustrated with my co workers because just because I do not have a living child that I can not socialize with those who do have children. Yesterday a lady who I am friendly with had a baby shower. Now one of her friends knew that I was making her a baby blanket. Of course I was not invited.

My coworker is a total bitch once a month. Literally. Today she pulled the bitch card in front of our whole team. Thanks for trying to make me look like I\'m not a team player. I sent a nice email to our new boss explaining that you\'re consistently rude to me. You act like a friend, but apparently you haven\'t noticed that I don\'t talk to you anymore and haven\'t for quite some time. #fedthefuckup.

It is very frustrating to come to work every day knowing you will be the next to go, but unsure of when it will be THE DAY. I feel like it would be a blessing at this point. I look for other jobs, but they would be just that...another job. I can\'t believe that at my age, i have no clue anymore what I want to do when I grow up!!

I am frustrated, every Sunday I feel the same way, I feel like each week is a record on repeat. The weekend flys by, then its Monday and back to work. Work is stressful and I just don\'t know if this is worth it. One life to live and we work our butts off for what? I just don\'t get it. :S
