- I am frustrated that I get paid the same amount and work the same amount of hours as another person I work with, yet, the somehow manage to do maybe 1/4 of the work I do. Your work ethic is commendable. Don't compare yourself to those who are lazy around you. Your great work ethic will not go unnoticed. It's just a matter of time before management notices the consistency of your great work. they will then wonder why they are paying someone much more for less outcome. If there is ever a downsizing in your department, they\'ll get rid of waste, and as long as you are not considered waste, you'll be safe.8/25/11
